She is the Founder and CEO of Figure Facts, LLC, which launched Figurefacts.com in July 2002, a website for nutrition-conscious individuals. Her dynamic personality and her ability to simplify complex dietary concepts have made her much sought after as a public speaker and media expert.
Roberta authored Figure Facts for Life: Learn to Fuel Your Body for Health and Weight Management!, a handy how-to guide to using food as fuel for your body in order to achieve and maintain optimal health. Roberta’s professional philosophy includes demystifying nutrition for the general public and making it easy for people to incorporate healthy dietary decisions into their lives. She has specialized in Medical Nutrition Therapy for people with food allergies, diabetes, cardiovascular problems and gastrointestinal disorders. She has also provided nutrition counseling for everyone from athletes to pregnant women to vegetarians and is a spokesperson for the American Heart Association.
